An incredibly balanced white blend of Viognier and Pinot Gris, bottled in the South of France. Barrel-fermented in new French oak, the Viognier brings floral and spice notes to the blend. While the Pinot Gris, a variety not typically found in the region, was added for richness. The result is a unique wine that’s greater than the sum of its parts, with vibrant flavors of white peach, ginger and baking spice that are focused by a minerally core. When pairing, look to dishes that incorporate similar exotic spice notes or stone-fruit.
