It’s a subtly complex blend of 90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano and 5% Mazuelo that benefited from 24 months of aging in American and French oak barrels. The delicate flavors of red cherry, plum and balsamic are complemented by a silky mouthfeel and lengthy finish. A sophisticated red such as this should be savored with Spanish classics such as paella or Manchego cheese.
